The problem

Unity Road was launching from nothing: no store, nine SKUs, and a plan to reach forty within two years. The brand's case rests on a material argument for TENCEL over cotton and a giving model that funds school building in Guatemala, neither of which stock Dawn sections can carry. The usual way round that is a stack of paid apps.

What I built

Built the store from zero on Dawn 15.4.1 with bespoke sections for the split hero, featured collection, brand story and a TENCEL comparison table. Cart drawer work included a free shipping progress bar that correctly excludes digital gift cards, plus a gift card upsell, complementary products, a fixed scrollable product gallery and a find my fit size guide. Bundling was handled with set products and tiered discount blocks on Shopify's free native app, so nothing paid was added to the storefront.

The outcome

Live on the client's September date and taking orders on day one, with a git-backed theme the owner can keep editing. Unity Road is returning for a second phase.

What the client said

“My daughters helped me pack our first few orders and everything went smoothly. Thank you again for all your insight and help.”
